Refund & Cancellation Policy


At Vats IT Solutions, we aim to deliver quality IT services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity.

1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Before Project Commencement: Clients may request a full refund if cancellation is made before work begins.

  • After Project Commencement: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of project completion.

  • Completed Services: Once a project is delivered and accepted, no refunds will be issued.

2. Subscription/Retainer Services

  • Clients can cancel services with prior notice as per the agreement.

  • Refunds for unused services will be prorated, if applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Payments made for domain registration, third-party software, or licenses are non-refundable.

  • Customized solutions or partially delivered services are generally non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
